About:
Living in a culture where social aptitude is placed on a high pedestal, one finds themselves performing a character in everyday life in order to fit into the status quo. This snail is an ambiguous figure that reflects on a person's sense of being, putting on a one man show to survive and progress through life. A known form of comfort in order to seek validity from a large community. Playing along with the nonsensical noise of social expectations. This is a self portrait unveiling the feeling of finding safety in masking to entertain and enthuse the masses.
